'Articles of Freedom', the works of the Continental Congress 2009, 'of the people, for the people, by the people', was consecrated on the steps of each 50 State Capitols in various ceremonies all simultaneous as to time zones this past Monday, April 19th!

The Articles of Freedom is our ONLY Constitutional remedy left to us that was thoughtfully, legally, and diligently prepared now in our country, provided 'the people' will sign the pledge online, will return our country to the rule of Constitutional law.

It is a 65 page document that 'instructs' our elected servants to cease and desist anything that they may be involved in legislatively that does not derive its authority from our Supreme laws (both State and Federal Constitutions). Now that all elected servants have been served and 'put on notice', they are each being watched for their behaviors. Watchdog committees are being organized all across the country in each State. It calls for the nullification of all 'unconstitutional' legislation going back 100 years!

If, over a period of time they continue 'business as usual', non-violent civic actions are recommended in the form of financial sanctions, provided a goodly millions of Americans sign the pledge and fulfill their due diligence to stand with their Constitutions for USA and State Constitutions.

This is a legal and constitutional due process record that 'the people' have exhausted all civil means of remedy according to our Declaration of Independence. (14 years of petitioning our servant government for redress of grievances of 14 egregious violations to our Constitution for USA, and State Constitutions going back almost 100 years, under the First Amendment and were consistently met with contempt by the Supreme Court of USA).

Enough is enough. No more petitioning. No more protests. No more dead end activism. This is beyond elections, politics and tea parties. The moral line has now been drawn and it is up to each and every American to sign the pledge in support of Articles of Freedom. I urge all Americans who understand the rule of law to get involved.

Below are the videos of the Minnesota Ceremony at the State Capitol April 19th last Monday for Articles of Freedom. These ceremonies were simultaneously held across all 50 State Capitols at the same time according to their time zones! All elected servants have been served their copies of AoF.

Now, all that is needed to complete this phase and hold our elected servants accountable to their sworn oaths and proving our vigilance, is the 'due diligence' of at least 10 - 15 million signatures of American citizens to the Articles of Freedom online. This represents 5% of the entire U.S. population. This will create the critical mass needed for civic actions to take place, if need be.

Daunting.

Indeed, it is the only civil, non-violent way we have right now to return our entire bicameral system back under the rule of law..

I would also urge each of you to sign the 'WeRefuse' petition being circulated to let the Federal government know they are violating our 10th amendment States Rights by imposing their 'illegal', unconstitutional, Health Bill on us all. http://www.werefuse.com/

This petition dove tails with Articles of Freedom very nicely.

Let us show them that not only can we get way over their 10,000 signatures required, but importantly, we have a duty to show those covertly serving other masters that we have over 15 million signatures supporting Articles of Freedom country wide, and will be willing and ready to withhold financial support from a tyrant servant government once those numbers are achieved!

Lets circle our wagons morally, non-violently and legally. Enough is enough. This requires your duty to circulate this widely as the 'un-free' press will never cover this.

For Immediate Release

Americans Rising for the Constitution:
We the People deliver Freedom Document to Elected Officials
in Every State on April 19th

St.Paul, Minnesota, Tuesday, April 13th, 2010 – The Voice of Freedom will be heard across America on April 19, 2010 (Patriots Day), as people in every state gather at their state capitols to participate in a Re-Dedication Ceremony to Creator, Country and Constitution and to serve the Articles of Freedom on elected officials -- a non-political document which seeks to stop violations to the Constitution and restore constitutional governance. The special program will last 35 minutes and will be at the same time moment in time across time zones– 9 AM HST, 11 AM AKDT, 12 Noon PDT & MST, 1 PM MDT, 2 PM CDT, 3 EDT. In YOUR STATE, enter who what when where how details.

PLEASE NOTE: Our St.Paul ceremony on the South side of Capitol building will begin at 1pm NOT 2pm Monday, April 19th!

The Articles of Freedom are the non-political work of the Continental Congress 2009, a group of 116 citizen-delegates who met for 11 days in St. Charles, Illinois from November 11-21, 2010. The contents address fourteen violations, each of which has had a devastating effect on our economy and our Nation. Each Article includes “Remedial Instructions” to federal and state government officials, designed to end the violations. There is no other known document or plan in America at this time that is in compliance with the U.S. Constitution and shows the people and a rogue government how to put the nation back on track. The Articles contain a pledge that asks citizens to join with a “goodly number of millions” to hold elected officials accountable to their Oath of Office, through obedience to the Constitution.

The April 19th ceremony will include a Color Guard and Procession of Flags; a prayer; singing to America; the Pledge of Allegiance and America’s Creed; a talk about the Purpose of the Articles and why they are being served on elected officials; and an opportunity for participants to re-dedicate themselves to the Constitution, Its protection and defense.

In every state, the two U.S. Senators, the member of the U.S. House of Representatives whose district includes the state capital city, the Governor and the Head of each Chamber of the State Legislature have been invited to receive the Articles.

Those who do not attend the ceremony will be served at their offices immediately following the event.

“The First Amendment guarantees the Right of the People to Petition their servant government for a Re-Dress of Grievances,” says Robert Schulz, chairman of We the People Foundation and visionary behind the Continental Congress and the Articles. “We have petitioned for every major violation of the Constitution since 1994. Our Petitions have been answered with Silence and repeated injury to our economy, our people, our Republic and our Sovereignty. The Articles of Freedom is a legal, constructive document rooted in the Constitution. We will serve it on our elected officials as the appropriate next step and wait for their response. The Constitution is not going to defend itself and it is obvious the government has no intention to do so. It is now up to the People to peacefully and lawfully take this next step,” added Schulz. “The Ceremony which will take place in every state represents the conscious return of the People to their role as Freedom Keepers for our Charters of Freedom. We await the day when every elected official in America, regardless of party, will have the sole purpose of upholding the Constitution in the governmental affairs of the People, and our citizens, in turn, will be vigilant – in every state and at the federal level – to hold them accountable,” he concluded.

The coming nationwide event is open to all who want to show support for the Constitution. To participate in the ceremony, people should visit www.articlesoffreedom.us to download, print out and bring along a special program, which includes song lyrics and other needed information. The website will also provide specific details about each state event.

The Continental Congress 2009 has now completed the final resolutions called, 'Articles of Freedom' for downloading and the opportunity for those Americans who feel it is time to hold our government accountable, while restoring our Constitutional Republic through peaceful means:

www.givemeliberty.org

www.cc2009.us

The following link is a webinar with Bob Schultz who successfully spearheaded the Continental Congress 2009, giving us his story of his career background which led to his involvement in 'watching' the government.

He verbally documents the legal actions he was involved in over the decades to end corruption and attempting to restore the government to its Constitutional limitations.

Currently, after 14 years of grievances petitioned to the government and each one ignored, it was decided through the efforts of the 'We The People Foundation' that a formal Continental Congress take place to redress our government going back decades. This successfully took place in November, 2009.

Final resolutions called, 'Articles of Freedom' that formally list all egregious violations of the Constitution with 'instructions' to the government and what will occur if these instructions are not honored. The model for this is Mahatma Gandhi's three point criteria that the people must meet in order to reclaim their country.

Formal presentation to all levels of government's elected officials will be made once 15 million Americans sign the pledge.

Bob Schultz explains the concept/idea of how this should restore our republic on this 165 minute webinar.

Montgomery: "Yes."

Lawrence: "Then maybe you know what a zombie is."

Montgomery: "When a person dies and is buried, its seems there are certain voodoo priests who ... who have the power to bring him back to life."

Carter: "How horrible!"

Montgomery: "It's worse than horrible because a zombie has no will of his own. You see them sometimes walking around blindly with dead eyes, following orders, not knowing what they do, not caring."

Lawrence: "You mean like Democrats?"
